Will this change the video quality or original file?
No. The tool reads the audio data and creates a new audio file. It does not modify the original video stored on your device.
Is this the same as converting MP4 to MP3?
Yes, it serves the common MP4-to-MP3 use case. The video track is left out, and only the audio is saved as MP3 or another audio format.
Can I save audio from only part of a video?
Yes, when one video is selected. Drag the two timeline handles or enter times directly, then use Preview selection before extracting. With multiple videos, the full audio track of each video is extracted.
Are multiple videos combined into one audio file?
No. A separate audio file is created for each video. Download them individually or collect all results in a ZIP file.
Will every 400MB video process successfully?
400MB is an input limit, not a guarantee for every device. We recommend files under 300MB on a typical computer and smaller files on mobile or low-memory devices.
Can extraction fail even when the video plays?
Yes. The audio codec may be unsupported by the conversion engine, or part of the file may be damaged. Confirm that the source really contains sound and try a standard MP4 copy when available.
