Helpful answers before you start
Can I merge audio files in different formats?
Yes. You can mix MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, and M4A files. Their sample rates and channel layouts are normalized before the selected output is created.
Does the tool add silence or overlap between files?
No extra silence, fade, or overlap is added. Each file starts immediately after the previous one, although silence already present in a source file remains.
Will merging make every file sound equally loud?
The output format and technical parameters are unified, but differences in recorded loudness remain. This version does not automatically normalize volume.
Can I merge only a selected section of each file?
The merger currently joins each selected file in full. If you need only certain sections, save each section with Audio Trimmer first, then merge the trimmed files here.
Can I change the order and merge again?
Yes. Reordering files or changing output settings clears only the previous result. Your selected source files remain ready for another merge.
