Review every page before combining PDFs
Instead of combining whole files blindly, you can preview every page, set the final order, and remove unwanted pages before creating the result.
For example, a two-page application and three pages of supporting documents make a five-page PDF. Removing one blank page leaves four. After saving, check the first page, document boundaries, last page, and total page count.

How many PDFs can I merge?
The main limits are 300MB total and 250 pages rather than a fixed file count.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Create an unlocked copy first.
Are my original files changed?
No. Toolit creates a new PDF and leaves the originals unchanged.
Does merging reduce text or image quality?
Pages are copied as PDF pages rather than captured and recompressed as images. There is no quality-reduction setting, but blurry scans are not sharpened. Zoom into the result to check text and graphics.
Are links, forms, and digital signatures preserved?
Preservation is not guaranteed. Reordered pages can affect internal link targets, and document-level features may not carry over. Keep and share the original when filling forms or checking signatures matters, or use a PDF editor that explicitly supports those features.
